Razer Barracuda Pro, Barracuda, and Barracuda X

Razer Barracuda Pro, Barracuda, and Barracuda X

Three new Razer headsets have made their way to Malaysia and Singapore as the new Barracuda series has officially been launched. This includes the Razer Barracuda Pro, Barracuda, and a refreshed Barracuda X, and they are designed for use at home and outside.

The stand out here is of course the Pro model as it comes with a host of premium features such as Hybrid ANC, Razer SmartSwitch Dual Wireless, a new Razer TriForce Bio-Cellulose 50mm drivers, THX Spatial Audio, and more. All three headsets do have support for Razer HyperSpeed Wireless and Bluetooth 5.2, so you get to enjoy versatility regardless of whichever headset you choose. Just keep in mind that the base model comes with the Razer TriForce Titanium 50mm drivers while the X model comes with the Razer TriForce 40mm drivers.

In case you’re wondering about the price and availability, all three Razer Barracuda headsets are available at all Razer official stores, including Shopee and Lazada, and authorized dealers in both Malaysia and Singapore from today onwards. The retail prices have been set at:

  • Razer Barracuda Pro = RM1,399.00 / SGD$409.90
  • Razer Barracuda = RM899.00 / SGD$264.90
  • Razer Barracuda X = RM549.00 / SGD$159.90

Pokdepinion: Wouldn’t mind getting myself a new pair of headphones, especially one that I can easily take with me wherever I go. I do want to hear how the microphone sounds like first though, as I often myself glued to Discord if I’m away from home, and I definitely don’t plan on lugging my microphone around if at all possible.
