Sony Launches New SRS-XB13 Compact Speaker

Sony has just announced the new Sony SRS-XB13, a new compact and wireless speaker. The SRS-XB13 compact speaker features a durable exterior and a multiway strap that can be hung anywhere.

Furthermore, the SRS-XB13 compact speaker comes packed with Sony’s EXTRA BASS and a Sound Diffusion Processor. There’s a passive radiator present within this compact speaker that works together with a full range speaker to enhance low-end tones as well as boosting the bass. Additionally, the Sound Diffusion Processor expands sound in any space, with its DSP technology. The compact speaker can also be used in stereo mode by connecting two speakers to each other.

Moreover, the new compact speaker features an IP67 rating, which means waterproof and dustproof. Not just that, the XB13 has a tough and durable build as well as up to 16-hours battery life with a battery indicator showing on your phone how much charge is left. The speaker also features Google’s Fast Pair technology so that you can connect compatible Android smartphones or tablets quickly.

Sony SRS-XB13 price and availability

The Sony SRS-XB13 is available in six different colour variations including black, blue, taupe, coral pink, powder blue and lemon yellow. The speaker is expected to be available sometime this August.
