One of the most sought after gadgets in recent times is the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag. While we knew that it would indeed be coming to Malaysia, the official page to purchase it hasn’t been up…that is until now.
You Can Now Buy the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag in Malaysia
Samsung recently launched the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag together with the Galaxy S21 series and Galaxy Buds Pro. We knew for a fact that it was coming to Malaysia as it’s one of the free gifts that comes with every pre-order of the new flagship smartphone, but no word yet on purchasing it on its own.
Now, you can buy it separately as Samsung Malaysia has finally put up the page for it. The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag will be retailing for RM79. This is particularly interesting as it was previously listed at RM119, which is a notable drop in price.
For those of you who aren’t aware, the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag makes use of Bluetooth connectivity to track down its location and whatever item it’s attached to. There is a Plus variant which supports ultra-wideband but that isn’t available in Malaysia, at least not yet.
