Intel Raptor Lake Refresh Rumored For August 2023 Launch

We may only be getting minor updates from Team Blue this year – but leakers has now publicized the launch window.

Leaker @harukaze5719 has dropped a question regarding the upcoming Intel Raptor Lake Refresh chips, for which it was known to launch within Q3 this year. However, among the replies is another leaker @wxnod which claims the upcoming refresh will launch in August this year:

As the name implies, the Raptor Lake Refresh will be a minor update to the current 13th Gen processors, with a few additional enhancements. It continues to use the same Intel 7 process, with potentially a clock speed bump while maintaining socket compatibility with existing LGA1700 motherboards. One of the key upgrades could be the new Digital Voltage Regulator (DLVR) which aims to improve power efficiency by up to 20%.

The refresh lineup is expected to cover all consumer desktop segments from 35W commercial SKUs all the way up to entry-level workstation models. We may hear some details on the upcoming Intel Vision event on May 9th, so keep your expectations in check until then.
