AMD Officially Unveils Radeon RX 7600 As RDNA3’s First Midrange Entry

AMD Officially Unveils Radeon RX 7600 As RDNA3’s First Midrange Entry 21

Curiously, AMD has skipped past high-end SKUs on its RDNA3 lineup and thus unveiled the Radeon RX 7600 as the third model after the RX 7900 pair release. That said, the RX 7600 will be the first midrange entry powered by the company’s latest RDNA3 graphics architecture, with various feature upgrades aside from the silicon itself.

The RX 7600 is powered by the new Navi 33 silicon, with 32 Compute Units forming 2048 Stream Processors. The game clock is rated at 2250MHz, whereas boost clocks can reach 2655MHz in stock configuration (AIB models will likely achieve higher clockspeeds out-of-the-box). It’s also accompanied by 32MB of Infinity Cache, with 8GB of 18Gbps, 128-bit wide GDDR6 VRAM on tap. Display outputs, much like RX 7900 lineup, supports three DisplayPort 2.1 outputs with high refresh rate 8K resolutions.

The MBA (Made by AMD) card is measured 204mm long with dual-slot thickness, and uses a single PCIe 8-pin connector for power delivery to feed 165W TBP – higher than the outgoing RX 6600 model (at 132W). AMD has announced the pricing for the card, which will set you back for $269 (~RM1,244).

Pokdepinion: Suffice to say the new pricing is made in response to NVIDIA’s RTX 4060 pricing. Competition!
