ASUS has brought in their latest GeForce GTX 1660 graphics cards, with the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 leading the wave. They have also finally brought in the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, adding more options to the TUF Gaming Alliance ecosystem.

The new ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 and GeForce 1660 Ti are designed for durability. They have been put through a 144-hour validation program that involves a variety of in-game and synthetic benchmarking to ensure reliability. The cards are manufactured with ASUS Auto-Extreme Technology, an automated production process that enhances reliability by removing human error from the equation. There is also a backplate for reinforcing the card and two fans with dual ball-bearings for double the longevity of sleeved bearing designs.

Aside from the TUF Gaming parts, ASUS also brought in two variants of the Phoenix GeForce GTX 1660. It touts a single fan cooler that makes use of ASUS’ wing-blade fan design for maximum cooling performance. Phoenix cards are also manufactured with ASUS’ proprietary Auto-Extreme Technology.

The new ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and GeForce GTX 1660 cards pricing are as follows:

  • ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC Edition 6GB – RM1529
  • ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 OC Edition 6GB – RM1219
  • ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1660 OC Edition 6GB – RM1089
  • ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1660 6GB – RM1069

The cards are available now at ASUS Malaysia’s authorized resellers, with a 3+1 year warranty.

Pokdepinion: The ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1660 does seem like quite an attractive option, especially if you are upgrading from a GeForce GTX 970 or older card… Well, I run a GeForce GTX 460 system, so it does look especially good to me.
