The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 is finally official. After a pretty long run in the rumor mill, it has finally been announced. Basically we already knew everything about the card even before its launch in a series of leaks, but here we have the actual launch of the mid-range GeForce RTX card.

The GeForce RTX 2060 offers a cut down Turing TU106, the GPU used for the GeForce RTX 2070. NVIDIA didn’t announce the multiple variants of the card though, despite leaks pointing strongly at up to six variants offered.

This card is aimed squarely at providing an affordable entry point to RTX gaming, and it does so with its $349 (~RM1434) price tag. Once AIBs slap on their custom designs, it probably won’t be so affordable though. Availability will begin 15th January.

To further entice gamers, NVIDIA will also be bundling free game titles with the GeForce RTX cards. For the GeForce RTX 2060, you can choose from either Anthem or Battlefield V. Attractive enough for you?

Pokdepinion: If it costs below RM1600 from AIB partners (we don’t get Founders Edition cards here), it would be a pretty good buy.
