TEAMGROUP QX SSD arrives with massive 15.3TB capacity in 2.5″ form factor

While the internet is abuzz with news of the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30-series graphics cards, you would probably need more storage to fit in all the beautiful games you can play on them too. Cue in the TEAMGROUP QX SSD, the first consumer-grade SSD to boast 15.3TB of storage in a standard 2.5″ form factor.

TEAMGROUP’s latest SSD offers up to 560MB/s read and 480MB/s write speeds with a dual cache system, combining SLC caching and DRAM cache buffer for smooth and reliable performance. The TEAMGROUP QX SSD is rated for 2560TBW which is a ridiculously high amount of writes, especially when you consider that it uses 3D QLC NAND flash to achieve this whopping density.

The drive also sports NCQ, wear-leveling and ECC to ensure that the drive is reliable throughout its service life. The TEAMGROUP QX SSD is covered by a 3-year limited warranty and is priced at $3990 (~RM16 543). Not too bad if you are building an ITX PC and only have space for one SSD.
