Logitech announces new logo — the video almost gave me seizures

Okay tell me how many of you own Logitech products? Even I who claim to be a Corsair fanboy, I do own about three Logitech peripherals. Logitech is well-known for their keyboards, mice and speakers, and not to forgotten are their gaming series. Take a moment and think for a while, don’t you agree that Logitech’s logo is getting a little long in tooth? Take a good look at their new logo.

Vibrant design similar to what Nokia used too, simply called “Logi” the new products will have vibrant color treatment which might tickle your fancy, if you are into that kind of thing (bright pink is effective for ladies). The mysterious jump to vibrant color is also resolved when you know the designer who submitted the idea is no other than Alistair Curtis, Nokia’s ex-design chief who is Logitech’s Chief Design Officer now.

So after you watch the video above, is there something bothering you? Yes,  the color transition, it almost gave me a seizure. Adult please don’t let kids watch the video because they are easily affected. This case is similar to a banned Pokemon scene that caused seizure among kids.

Pokdepinion : Later we can all enjoy vibrant products from Logitech. Wait, this made me think how cool this new upcoming products will look if paired with Windows 10 theme. It might get interesting, compared to plain old black design. In 2016 we might enjoy colorful peripheral from Logitech. But seriously Logitech, the promotional video? You almost gave me a seizure.
