Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Now Officially Available in Malaysia

The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is finally here, and it comes with a host of attractive features. However, it also comes with a rather hefty price tag as well given that it’s pretty much double the price of the base model Basilisk V3, but is it worth the money?

For starters, the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro uses the 3rd generation Razer optical mouse switches and comes with the Razer HyperScroll tilt wheel. You also have three ways to use the mouse; Razer HyperSpeed Wireless, Bluetooth, and wired via USB-C, and you can connect to multiple devices with these. It has 10+1 reprogrammable buttons and onboard memory with support for up to 5 game profiles.

Apart from that, it comes with the Razer Focus Pro 30K optical sensor with a max DP of 30,000 and supports Smart Tracking, Motion Sync, and Asymmetric Cut-off. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without Razer Chroma RGB lighting, with this mouse come with 13 LEDs, each one being programmable.

As for battery life, you can get up to 90 hours per full charge when using the HyperSpeed USB dongle, but expect it to drop somewhat if you’re using the Razer HyperPolling dongle for 4,000Hz polling rate. You can get the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro for just RM799 and it can be bundled with the wireless charging dock for RM859, or the Razer Mouse Dock Pro for RM1,019.

Pokdepinion: Personally, I’m still happy with the Viper V2 Pro given how lightweight it is but I’m tempted to give this one a try. Would definitely want to see if the 4,000Hz polling rate would make a big difference in gameplay for me or not.
