ROG Gladius III Wireless And ROG Claymore II Now Available In Malaysia

The folks at ROG Malaysia has recently announced the availability of the ROG Claymore II gaming keyboard as well as ROG Gladius III gaming mouse series which was introduced at this year’s CES 2021.

ROG Claymore II & ROG Gladius III Series now available in Malaysia

First up is the ROG Gladius III and ROG Gladius III Wireless. As you can tell by the name, you have the option to go for either a wired or wireless option for the mouse.

The ROG Gladius III Wireless features tri-mode connectivity through 2.4GHz RF, Bluetooth LE, or wired USB, giving you the flexibility to select the mode that suits you best.  There’s a Pair button that allows you to easily switch between the modes.

It boasts a range of 100 to 26,000 dpi which comes with 1% deviation, allowing it to track at up to 400 inches per second at 50g acceleration. The Gladius III also provides 1000Hz polling rate in both 2.4GHz wireless and wired modes too.

Adding to that, it comes with mechanical switches and you can save up to five profile settings on its onboard memory. Its Push-Fit Socket II design allows you to hot-swap traditional 3-pin mechanicals switches and the latest 5-pin Omron optical micro switches.

Not to forget, it comes with RGB-illuminated laser-engraved ROG markings on the side and features ROG Paracord and 100% PTFE round-edged mouse feet for a smoother glide.

With the ROG Claymore II, it can be used as a standalone 80% TKL keyboard or a full sized keyboard with the numpad on the right or left (swappable). The keyboard adopts a new slot-in design to give the detachable numpad a more secure and robust connection to the keyboard.

For convenience, it comes with customizable keys, a volume control wheel, and a detachable wrist rest for more comfort.

You can get the ROG Claymore II in ROG RX Blue or RX Red optical mechanical switches, as seen with the previous ROG Strix Scope RX gaming keyboard. The keyboard comes with per-key lighting with Aura Sync support and they have a lifespan of 100 million keypress.

Summing it all up, the Claymore II offers a 1ms response time in both wired and wireless 2.4GHz RF modes, bundled together with a USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB Type-A adapter.

If you are interested in getting them, the ROG Claymore II Wireless gaming keyboard is priced at RM999, RM439 for the ROG Gladius III Wireless and RM299 for the standard ROG Gladius III.
