RGB RAM aren’t special anymore. But there are still ways to stand out of the crowd. Apacer’s quest to differentiate itself has led to the use of a golden finish on the heatspreaders of the PANTHER RAGE DDR4 RAM. Probably a bit too much for some people, but we are sure there will be people who dig the flashy looks of the Apacer PANTHER RAGE DDR4 RAM.

For those who desire a less gaudy look, it also comes in black and a TUF Gaming variant. The main difference we found on the TUF Gaming editions are 3 extra yellow dots on the black PANTHER RAGE DDR4 RAM’s heatspreaders. Aside from a fancy heatspreader, these RAM also offer RGB illumination on the prism-like teeth lining the top edge of the RAM. If those are teeth, the PANTHER RAGE DDR4 RAM really needs a visit to the dentist. ASUS Aura Sync is also supported for synchronizing the RGB lighting in your rig.

Jokes aside, the Apacer PANTHER RAGE DDR4 RAM is offered in kits of up to 32GB (16GB x 2), as well as  16GB (8GB x 2) kits and 8GB single sticks. Speeds range from 2400 MHz CL16 to 3200 MHz CL16, and come with Intel XMP 2.0 support too, so hitting the rated speeds is a breeze.

Pokdepinion: These RAMs do have a unique look… but perhaps it’s too unique for my tastes.
