Starting from today, Celcom will be empowering their new and existing differently-abled customers (OKU) with an array of exclusive privileges such as home visitations, priority services at all Celcom Bluecube outlets and representation through friends and family.

Those who fit in the category can request for a home visit appoint through call-ins at 1111 or 019-6011111, as well as from the Celcom website or social media platforms. Once a request has been made, a Celcom customer service representative will be designated to attend to you at your own home (within 25km radius from the nearest Celcom Bluecube.

They will also receive priority service at all Celcom Bluecube outlets, where they will be attended immediately or next available by a Celcom customer service representative upon identification with no queuing.

Additionally, all existing or new OKU customers will also be able to enjoy a RM10 rebate on all Celcom Mobile Postpaid plans, Celcom Home Wireless plans, and Celcom Xpax Postpaid plans. As for the Celcom Bluecube stores, there’s 39 outlets in the country that are currently wheelchair accessible and the telco company is looking to increase such accessibility to even more outlets progressively.

For more details on Celcom’s privilege services for the differently-abled, check out their website right here.

Pokdepinion: The thing that sets Celcom apart from the rest is that they are offering the special rebate for ALL of their postpaid plans, which is good since it offers more flexibility to their OKU customers.
