11street, one of the leading online marketplaces in Malaysia is kicking off the Sayangi Malaysia campaign, which is running until 30th August. The campaign sees up to 88% discounts for products and free shipping for everyone.

Shoppers can look forward to buy 1 free 1 deals and flash deals below RM61 on 11street. 11street has partnered with a slew of brands will be participating in these sales, including Samsung, Senheng and Skechers. Aside from amazing deals where you will still have to spend money, 11street is also promising exciting giveaways throughout the month, so do stay tuned.

But that’s not all. 11street will also be rolling out new payment options such as Boost and Presto which will be seamlessly integrated into the ecommerce platform. CEO of 11street, Cheong Chia Chou, believed that we need to have a stronger e-commerce ecosystem where customers can enjoy a fully integrated digital journey. And to deliver that, he has laid out some plans.

Among 11street’s plans to achieve that is to reveal a new shopping experience, with a new live chat function with in-house customer service for shoppers. That will allow customers to have their issues addressed in a timely fashion. Also they are looking to upgrade the mobile app to enable a better user experience. These new services are expected to be revealed soon.

11street will also revamp the official stores with enhanced features, look and feel to promote authenticity, while also helping local sellers reach international markets via cross border trade.

Overall, it seems that 11street has a clear vision for the next 6 months, and we are looking forward to it!
