Grab Partners With Ninja Van With Aims For Wider Logistics Network In The Region
The folks at Grab Malaysia has revealed that they’ve partnered up with express logistics company, Ninja Van. The partnership will see Ninja Van’s logistics services integrated into the Grab app through GrabExpress, Grab’s very own on-demand parcel and courier delivery service.
They aim to better serve the needs of small and medium businesses., social commerce sellers and consumers. The service will be available in the second quarter of 2019, where it will be rolled out in phases across the region.
The partnership will expand GrabExpress’ delivery services beyond its current on-demand and same-day parcel and courier delivery service to include more options like nationwide scheduled deliveries. It also enlarges GrabExpress’ regional coverage to allow for inter-city deliveries. Currently, it is available in 150 cities across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
In addition, Ninja Van will also work towards adopting GrabPay across its platform and collaborate to roll-out lending and insurance products offered by Grab Financial Group to its merchants and delivery partners.
