Hotlink Schedules Maintenance — You Won’t Be Able To Topup Or Make Purchases

It seems that Hotlink will be conducting a maintenance later today at 8.30am (22nd April) and will run until 6am on the following day, 23rd of April 2019.

Maxis has informed that their Hotlink prepaid customers that they will be embarking on a system upgrading exercise in two phases, of which the first phase will commence on 22nd of April.

The maintenance may have an impact on certain transactions and impacted users will be notified through SMS. During this period, you won’t be able to reload/topup as well as make any purchases.

Despite that, you are still able to make calls, use mobile internet, and send SMS as usual. If you are one of the customers that’ll be affected by the first maintenance, it’s advisable to top up or buy passes before the upgrade exercise begins.
