Since implementation of GST starting last April 2015, both Streamyx and Unifi bill is increased due the 6% tax. In my case average RM10 is charged for GST and now another thing is coming to increase the bill. Starting this January of 2016, TM decided to charge RM2 for every printed bill which cost you RM24 annually.

In order to be fair, TM is offering you to register their E-Bill service for no service charge and the only thing you need to do is register. You can sign up by sending an email to [email protected] or walk in to nearest TMpoint or just call 100. Within three options I found that the easiest way to do is just send an email to them.

The process is pretty much straight forward and you actually don’t need to start a conversation by asking how the day is. You want to get it done fast without taking either your or their time. I believed so that they have a lot work to do.

Start with the title or subject or whatever you might call it, just put “TM E-Bill registration, details included”, done. Now move to the content, all you need to provide is your account details in order for TM staff to register the TM E-Bill.

  1. Contact person:
    2. Contact number:
    3. Account number:
    4. Account owner full name:
    5. Account owner I/C number:
    6. TM telephone number:
    7. Streamyx / UniFi username:
    8. Preferred E-mail address :
    9. Issue description:

And this is what its look:

After that you will receive a confirmation email and you will start receiving the E-Bill on the next 2 month.
