The First 200,000 Customers Can Enjoy Free Covid-19 Insurance From Digi

The folks at Digi has announced that they are offering a free Covid Cover insurance plan to the first 200,000 customers. Yeap, you read that right, absolutely for free.

With the Covid Cover, it offers a short term coverage to customers who may require hospitalization and treatment during this Covid-19 crisis.

The free plan provides customers with a 30-day coverage from the day it is approved, where it includes a Hospital Cash benefit of RM60 a day for hospitalization due to Covid-19 and a Death benefit of RM20,000. This offer is up until the end of the month of April or until all the 200,000 free plans have been fully redeemed.

Beyond the first 200,000 customers, you can still get covered from as low as RM5 and up to RM20 for 30 days. All the plans offer full coverage including Hospital Cash benefits, Death and Total Permanent Disability (TPD) benefits.

The monthly premiums can be paid through your mobile phone bill for postpaid subscribers or deducted from your prepaid credit for prepaid users. For the plans, you can head here.
