Instagram Stories Camera Will Receive A Major Design Overhaul

Are you an active Instagram user? Do you find yourself using the Instagram Stories feature often? Then this bit of news will certainly interest you. It appears that the Instagram Stories camera will be receiving a major design overhaul soon.

As seen at the top of this post, the layout of the camera app will be changed to a carousel-type UI. Everything that you need to access from Boomerangs to filters will be accessed via this carousel wheel. There will also be a new Create Mode, where users can share Instagram Stories without the use of images or videos.

Aside from that, Instagram has started to roll out a new Donation Sticker, where users can help raise money for charity with the help of their followers. All they need to do is select the sticker from the Stories panel, select the non-profit charity that they wish to support, and share the picture and video out. It is said that 100% of the money raised using the Donation Sticker will be given to the selected charity.

As for when we can expect to see the design overhaul, that is yet to be seen. It may take some time before we get to see it released. For now, just keep an eye out for future updates for the social media app.
