Malaysia Airlines Teams Up With Amadeus — You can now book flights with your Facebook Messenger

Malaysia Airline has partnered up with Amadeus which sees the launch of MHchat, a feature that helps with booking flights and pay through Facebook Messenger.

With the partnership, it saw the launch of the Amadeus Chatbot, a new solution designed to make it easier for travelers to book flights, retrieve bookings, and ask questions through Facebook Messenger.

On the app, you can use MHchat if you would like to look up flights or ask a question related to a booking and it will search, locate, and push offers or information by using artificial intelligence (AI).

Designed to mimic human conversation, MHchat acts like a “travel buddy” which they to be able to understand what your needs is. Since it’s a bot, MHchat is available 24/7, so you can always utilize it at any time of the day.
