It’s been a year since Samsung Pay came into Malaysia and to celebrate the occasion, Samsung will be rewarding users with double points.

Samsung Pay 1st Anniversary

Samsung Pay has partnered up with seven major banks and loyalty partners in Malaysia, making shopping and rewards redemption more accessible, especially to their users. Samsung Pay users can now use the app freely at over 8,000 outlets nationwide.

You can now get double Samsung Rewards Points starting from the 2nd till 4th March of 2018, in which they will be celebrating the app’s 1st anniversary in Malaysia. This promo is applicable to all new and existing Samsung Pay and Rewards users. In order to enjoy the Rewards feature, users must update and ensure that their Samsung Pay is of the latest version. These reward points will be earned for every purchase that is made with the payment app.

In addition to that, if you haven’t reach the Gold status tier yet, this is your best chance. You have the opportunity to earn up to 4,000 Samsung Rewards Points during the promotional period.

If you haven’t use the app yet, fret not. Here’s how to do so. First you would need to activate it by downloading it from the Samsung Galaxy Apps store and sign in to your Samsung account. After that, scan your fingerprint or iris and enter a pin so that you can authenticate for future purchases. Last but not least, you need to snap a picture of your card and provide your signature when necessary and you are then good to go.
