ASUS has announced two new case products under its entry-level Prime brand: the Prime AP202 micro-ATX case and the Prime MR120 series case fans. The case fans are included as part of the AP202 ARGB version, as well as available as a standalone package.
ASUS Prime AP202 & Prime MR120 Series

The ASUS Prime AP202 comes in two configurations: a base model without pre-installed fans, and an ARGB model equipped with three Prime MR120 ARGB fans. Both versions are available in black or white colors, and features a customizable light band at the bottom of the chassis. Internally, they support 360mm radiators, GPUs up to 420mm in length, and PSUs up to 200mm in length. Behind the case, there is 30 millimeter’s worth of cable management space, and up top the front I/O panel features a single USB-C 20Gbps, dual USB-A 5Gbps ports, along with a headphone jack.
Staying true to 2025’s case design trends, the Prime AP202 features a curved panoramic tempered glass panel, which includes an easy-detach rail and anti-drop mechanism to ensure safe removal and reinstallation. Beneath the side panel lies a ‘patented’ slot-shaped vent which “lets air flow directly to critical system components, including the graphics card,” according to ASUS.

ASUS also introduced the Prime MR120 case fan as a standalone product with two variants differing in airflow directions. The standard version produces up to 58CFM of airflow and 1.7mmH₂O static pressure, with a noise output of up to 21dBA; as for the reversed airflow model, it features similar airflow, though at a slightly lower 1.38mmH₂O static pressure and a slightly higher noise output of 23dBA. Both MR120 models include 20 addressable RGB LEDs arranged in a dual-layer matrix around the blade and the 28mm-thick frame.
Regarding availability, ASUS Malaysia says the Prime AP202 case will be available mid-July, though the Prime MR120 case fans hasn’t got a concrete release date at this time. No pricing information has been announced at the time of this writing.
