GAMEMAX has recently went through a bit of a “reboot” with a new insignia among other things, and it presented its latest cases and PSUs bearing the new lion-themed design language here at COMPUTEX 2025. Intriguingly, we were presented with a new PSU model which the brand boldly offers a lifetime warranty.

Let’s start with cases. GAMEMAX has brought quite a few models ranging from standard full tower chassis to specialty designs, including one that opts for open-air design and focuses on the aesthetic aspect. Specifically, it’s the new Blade Concept chassis introduced prior to the event – as its name implies, the chassis is formed by five ‘blades’ reminiscent of lion claws (you’ll hearing this quite a few times), with RGB embedded on each of them, and strips of nylon cloth fills the gap in between.

Moving past the Blade Concept and we get several standard cases, including the Leader 2 series, N90 ARGB (with the ‘floating’ case layout), Claw series, Aeris 330, and the T20. With the except of N90 and T20, the rest of the models (including some of the fans and coolers shown, such as Hailstorm 360 and Tornado series) prominent feature the ‘lion claw’ designs in line with the rebooted branding.

On to power supplies, and here’s where we got a rather interesting presentation of GAMEMAX’s flagship PSU, the Lion Core Platinum series. It’ll be available in 1200W and 1000W variants, both achieving 80PLUS/Cybernetics Platinum certification with A+ noise rating. On the aesthetics’ side, it has the same lion-inspired designed language, along with the new lion insignia embedded on the side on top of brushed aluminum. The lion’s eye has a built-in RGB that displays the system load with a breathing light, like showing red if it’s under heavy load, for example.

Now, a good part of the deciding which PSU to purchase is to look at its warranty: it’s one of the critical parts that you can’t afford to fail prematurely. For it’s part, the company rep says the Lion Core PSU will get a lifetime warranty, no strings attached. Honestly, quite surprising a company would commit this kind of warranty for this product category (since this usually only applies to RAM) – we inquired further and confirmed that outside of user-induced damages, GAMEMAX will cover it; if the said model is discontinued, they’ll offer a replacement in the form of its successor when available.

Besides the Lion Core series, GAMEMAX also presented its mainstream PSU lineup consisting of GL, GZ, and the GS series – just so you know, these model uses standard warranty policies, which is 10, 5, and 5 years respectively, and all are certified with 80PLUS Gold efficiency rating.

Pokdepinion: Lifetime warranty is quite the bold move – but hey, if it works.
