Recently, two new benchmark entries have been spotted on Geekbench featuring Intel’s upcoming Arrow Lake processors, namely the Core Ultra 7 265KF and the Core Ultra 5 245K. This marks the second appearance for the Core Ultra 7 part, while the Core Ultra 5 chip makes has been spotted in the wild for the first time.
More Core Ultra 200 Sightings

According to the benchmark entry, the Core Ultra 7 265KF is a 20-core processor that packs 8 P-cores and 12 E-cores, though as we’ve learned by now, they will not feature hyper-threading, making the thread count the same as its core count. The clock speed is also listed as 5.5GHz, a 100MHz drop from its predecessor – though such numbers are not directly comparable due to differences in IPC (instructions per clock) from each microarchitecture.

Another entry comes in the form of Core Ultra 5 245K, which is a 14-core part, but this version of Geekbench doesn’t list the specific core clusters. Still, from previous leaks we know this will likely be a 6P+8E part, and the max frequency recorded here is listed at around 5.14GHz, while the base frequency is reported as 4.2GHz. Both entries have also revealed the motherboards they use, which includes the GIGABYTE Z890 AERO G and the COLORFUL iGame Z890 ULTRA.
Keep in mind that the scores of these benchmark runs may not be final, as setups may vary, and the chip themselves may not be the final version, or uses the correct settings. Intel will be introducing Arrow Lake sometime later this year, and it reiterates that there are no change in plans despite recent financial turmoil.
