CelcomDigi has initiated a partnership with Pininfarina to give its retail stores an interior makeover – yes, the same Pininfarina responsible for many of the greatest hits over at Ferrari (and many more sportscars in the past several decades). So far, 52 CD Stores nationwide has gone through the update, with more to come, the company has announced.
CelcomDigi Stores Get A Makeover

The Italian-based design house combined next-generation technologies and experience design with the telco’s vision to create a store concept that provides a consistent retail experience across all of its outlets. Each store features modular zones that highlight the latest advancements in technology and connectivity; the layout also enables CelcomDigi’s staff, known as “CD Champions,” to deliver personalized customer service according to individual needs.

Our goal is to create a unique, hi-tech space that offers a wide range of latest devices and relevant services, along with excellent customer service experience that keeps CelcomDigi top of mind for all their connectivity needs.”
Silvio Pietro Angori, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pininfarina, said, “The retail industry is undergoing massive transformation enabled by next-gen technologies. At Pininfarina, we support this transformation through a unique fusion of skills in Architecture, Product, and Experience Design. Driving this momentum, we are delighted to partner with CelcomDigi and enable them to create innovative phygital retail experiences for customers in Malaysia.”
