Logitech’s MX Master series welcomes the latest addition in the form of MX Master 4, which introduces customizable haptic feedback for the first time in its lineup. Just two weeks ago, the peripheral maker announced a similar implementation in its upcoming G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE gaming mouse, but the new MX Master is the first to enter the market with this technology.

The MX Master 4 features haptic feedback that provides tactile vibrations for specific actions like image snapping, notifications, sliders, and more; located on the thumb rest is the new Actions Ring, a digital overlay enabled by Logi Options+, which provides app-specific shortcuts and customizable controls. Inside, it gets a new high-performance chip, optimized antenna, and a new USB-C dongle, offering twice the connection reliability over predecessor and quick device pairing.

The mouse’s features include MagSpeed scroll wheel is capable of scrolling up to 1,000 lines per second, the sensor tracks up to 8,000 DPI on most surfaces including glass, and the clicks are now up to 90% quieter compared to the MX Master 3. When fully charged, the onboard battery lasts up to 70 days, while a 1-minute charge is good for three hours (cable is not included, however). Notably, the mouse is now built using recycled plastic, so no rubber wear to worry about this time.
The MX Master 4 is already listed on Logitech’s Malaysia website at the price of RM569, available in Graphite and Pale Gray colors; however, we haven’t found any listing in retailers at this time.
