COLORFUL has unveiled the iGame X870E ULTRA-S V14, a new AMD X870E motherboard joining the iGame Ultra family – it brings together a robust 16+2+1-phase 80A DrMOS power delivery system, five M.2 slots, dual USB4 40Gbps ports, and support for up to 192GB of DDR5 memory at speeds reaching 6600MT/s.

The iGame X870E ULTRA-S supports four DDR5 slots accommodating up to four 48GB modules (totaling 192GB), running at up to 6600MT/s with CL28 timings; though it does still work with full 256GB configuration at slower clock speeds. Power delivery comes via a 16+2+1-phase design via 80A DrMOS, giving the board sufficient headroom for high-end AMD processors including the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D. An integrated clock generator further enables CPU base-clock adjustment for more granular overclocking control beyond standard multiplier tuning.
Storage options are generous, with five M.2 slots on board and three of them supporting PCIe 5.0 x4 connectivity; rear I/O includes two USB4 40Gbps ports. It also packs a 5GbE LAN from a Realtek RTL8126 controller, plus Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 support too.
In particular, COLORFUL says the motherboard’s X3D AI Turbo Mode automatically optimizes PBO settings, temperature and power limits, and voltage parameters specifically for AMD Ryzen 9000 X3D processors, which should net improved gaming performance and reduced FPS drops while preserving multi-core productivity performance (as it often is a tradeoff when disabling one CCD for gaming).
Visually, the board carries forward the hip-hop-inspired aesthetic of the iGame Ultra line. Heatsink armor is decorated with graffiti-style typography and dot-matrix artwork, and pixel-inspired ARGB lighting sits beneath the VRM nameplate. The M.2 heatsink also features a quick-release latch for tool-free SSD access during upgrades and maintenance.
The COLORFUL iGame X870E ULTRA-S V14 carries a suggested retail price of CNY 1,899 (approximately US$265; RM1,161).
