Antigravity, the drone brand incubated by Insta360, has expanded its Antigravity A1 lineup in Malaysia with two new additions: the Follow Me Bundle and the Remote Controller. The Antigravity A1, which made its Malaysian debut in March 2026 as the world’s first 8K 360° drone, now gains more versatile control options aimed at both casual users and those who want precise manual flight.
Antigravity A1 Follow Me Bundle
The Follow Me Bundle pairs the A1 drone with a Watch Remote and a Ring Remote, enabling the drone to track a subject automatically while recording in 8K 360°. Unlike conventional follow-me drones that capture only a single angle at a time, the A1 records the full surrounding environment, allowing users to reframe, switch subjects, or add cinematic effects in post-production.
Tracking reliability is improved by combining visual tracking with the Watch Remote’s built-in GNSS, which maintains consistency during fast movements or brief obstructions. The combination is designed for activities such as cycling, hiking, and group gatherings where the subject may move quickly or temporarily leave the camera’s line of sight.
The Watch Remote and Ring Remote both provide quick access to essential flight commands. A Drag-to-Fly feature lets users guide the drone’s position smoothly during filming, while the Ring Remote also supports hand gesture control, allowing users to physically guide the drone’s direction with a grip-and-steer motion.
The bundle also includes new Full-Coverage Propeller Guards, which fully enclose the A1’s propellers for added protection during low-altitude flights and in environments with people or obstacles nearby. These work alongside the drone’s built-in omnidirectional obstacle avoidance system.
For users who prefer hands-on control, the Remote Controller brings dual-stick input to the A1, enabling flight in any direction and more complex aerial maneuvers. A Fixed View feature aligns the viewing perspective with the drone’s heading, while the Virtual Gimbal allows pilots to adjust the camera angle during flight
