Logitech Announces New G502 HERO Gaming Mouse

Logitech G has today announced of their new Logitech G502 HERO Gaming Mouse, which is an upgraded version of the iconic G502.

The new mouse retains the same shape as its predecessor but comes updated with the latest technology which includes Logitech G’s next-gen HERO (High Efficiency Rated Optical) 16K sensor, the highest performance and most accurate sensor available today, according to them.

The G502 HERO features an all-new lens and updated tracking algorithm to deliver ultra-precise tracking with no acceleration, smoothing or filtering over the entire DPI range, capable of exceeding 400 IPS and delivering 16,000 DPI tracking with pixel-precise accuracy.

In terms of usage, it has 11 buttons which are programmable through Logitech Gaming Software so that you can customize commands and macros. Its light can also be customized by using Logitech G’s LIGHTSYNC RGB

Logitech G502 HERO comes in with the same design as the original with textured rubber side button grips and an updated braided cable for optimal feel and performance. Another upgraded feature is the mechanical switch, which they’ve put in an Omron switch, capable of delivering 50M clicks.

Available in black, the Logitech G502 HERO Gaming Mouse is expected to arrive here in Malaysia at all Logitech Authorized Resellers by mid-October 2018 for a suggested price of RM349.

Pokdepinion: The mouse looks interesting. Unfortunately, I’ve never got my hands on the original version. Wouldn’t mind testing it out though.
