The new shopping experience offers easy access the brand’s home appliances and entertainment products, now available nationwide.

The LG Online Brand Store offers customers exclusive member benefits, including 3% membership discounts; new members are eligible for a 5% welcome coupon for their first purchase, valid for 90 days from registration. LG members are also eligible for new product trials and updates on new launches and promotions through the store’s newsletter.
In addition to the range of products, the company offers free delivery across Malaysia and free basic installation for selected items. Those upgrading their appliances can utilize LG’s disposal services for old appliances as well.
LG Malaysia’s Managing Director, Justin Choi, emphasized the company’s focus on convenience and innovation, noting that the new platform aligns with the growing trend of online shopping and offers a personalized, engaging experience for consumers.
