As Intel is gearing up for the launch of its next-gen Arc Battlemage GPUs, more information has started to emerge despite no official announcements beyond what is said on Computex earlier this year. Recently, an Intel Arc Battlemage (B-series) card appeared in the GFX DRM log, revealing key specifications like the Xe2 core count and VRAM configurations.
Arc Battlemage Specs Spotted

This particular card is identified with the “e20b” device ID, featuring up to 14 Xe2 cores based on the GuC parameters shown in the log. This aligns with the mid-range BMG-G21 silicon that theoretically maxes out at 16 Xe2 cores, with slightly cut-down properties to improve yields. Clock speeds apparently range from 1500 MHz to 1800 MHz, though this may not be final as clock speeds are often refined in later development stages.
The memory configuration includes six DRAM channels, totaling 12 GB of VRAM, with a 192-bit interface and GDDR6 modules clocked at 19 Gbps. All told, this provides a peak memory bandwidth of 456GB/s, which is a fair bit higher than what Alchemist (Arc A-series) generation offers. Aside from that, it is reported that Intel will be offering 16GB (256-bit) configurations in other models with the same 19 Gbps modules, which should provide a healthy 608GB/s bandwidth to feed higher-end cards.
Assuming Intel’s latest statement is correct regarding its product plans – as the company is navigating through financial troubles that eventually postponed the yearly Innovation event – you should be able to see these GPUs announced in late 2024, just as planned.

Pokdepinion: Good to see a VRAM upgrade – 8GB isn’t cutting it anymore these days.
