Grab launches GrabAcademy one-stop learning centre
According to Shashank Kohli, Grab’s Head of Product, the one-stop learning centre is aimed to assist merchants to build their businesses and get the most out of the capabilities offered in the app through extensive training. Kohli further stated that the Grab Merchant app will have roughly two million businesses registered by the end of 2020 and that new features in the app would give further convenience to registered business owners.
Additionally, Grab will launch a new service dubbed “Self-Onboarding” through its applications in Singapore and Malaysia to assist new businesses in registering as merchants and activating their outlets swiftly. The fully automated online service, according to Kohli, would cut the ‘onboarding’ time for new traders from two weeks to three days.
