The film tells the story of young archaeologist Nishant who comes into possession of the ancient relic, the Doordarshak, and begins to see visions of the future. Despite losing sight of the present, Nishant sets off on a quest to rescue his childhood sweetheart Diya and their relationship when he witnesses a dire prediction involving her life. The film’s title, “Fursat,” means having time on your hands, and the core message is that love can only be found and cherished in the present, not in the past or future.
