The new configuration carries the same NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip found in the 128GB model, delivering up to 1 petaflop of NVFP4 AI performance. Its 64GB of LPDDR5X coherent unified memory with 273GB/s of bandwidth is sized to comfortably handle today’s most capable 30 to 35-billion-parameter open-source models, such as Qwen3.8-27B, which ASUS notes now delivers performance comparable to frontier models from just months prior.

At its core, the ASUS Ascent GX10 pairs a Blackwell GPU featuring fifth-generation Tensor Cores and FP4 support with a 20-core NVIDIA Grace Arm CPU (10 Cortex-X925 and 10 Cortex-A725 cores). The GB10 Superchip uses NVIDIA NVLink-C2C to deliver a coherent CPU+GPU memory model with 5x the bandwidth of PCIe Gen 5, all within a chassis that draws power from a standard wall socket. The cooling system is the same as the 128GB version, with a 7-level fan control system, ultrawide fins, five heat pipes, and two 140x80mm fans drawing air through bottom vents.

Two ASUS Ascent GX10 64GB units can be clustered using the built-in NVIDIA ConnectX-7 networking to deliver up to 128GB of pooled unified memory, up to 2 petaflops of AI compute, and up to 546GB/s of combined memory bandwidth. By virtue of two GB10 chipsets, ASUS says this configuration delivers up to 1.7x the performance of a single Ascent GX10 128GB system. Clustered units also support NVIDIA’s NVFP4 format, enabling compressed versions of larger models such as Qwen3.8-Flash-Next to run across the pooled memory.
