TikTok has launched the first-ever TikTok Awards Southeast Asia, a regional celebration spotlighting creators whose content has sparked community movements across the region. Malaysian TikTok users can now vote for their favorite local creators to represent the country on the Southeast Asian stage, with the local voting phase running from 12 October 2026 to 26 October 2026.
Themed “The Ones Who Spark It”, the TikTok Awards Southeast Asia 2026 spans 11 categories, covering everything from education and sports to beauty, lifestyle, and TikTok Shop. Each category has three Malaysian nominees, and the top-voted creator in each category advances as a Country Representative, earning a chance to be named one of the regional Southeast Asia Winners.
