iQOO has officially introduced the iQOO Neo 10 to the Malaysian market, with the specs now revealed in full: the latest smartphone from vivo’s gaming sub-brand will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, along with a co-processor “Supercomputing Chip Q1” carried over from previous flagship models, responsible for upscaling and frame generation duties.
iQOO Neo 10 Malaysia Debut

As the first Neo model introduced in the local market, the iQOO Neo 10 also gets another first: it’s also the first smartphone to debut this Snapdragon chip in Malaysia. The 8s Gen 4 sits right below Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite line, offering a 49% performance improvement and 39% energy efficiency boost over its predecessor, the 8s Gen 3. The SoC is then paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM for ample multitasking capabilities.
The smartphone also includes a 7000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support, which can be topped up fully in just 36 minutes; it also includes a bypass charging mode for gaming sessions (to prevent excessive heat getting into the battery). Besides that, the display is a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED display with 2800×1260 resolution, 2,000 nits SDR peak brightness, and 5,500 nits HDR peak brightness.

The Neo 10’s cameras are relatively simple setup involving a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS, paired with an 8MP ultrawide, along with a 32MP front shooter. For software updates, iQOO commits to 3 major Android updates and 4 years of security updates, along with a “60-Month Smooth Experience” guarantee, though it’s hard to say exactly how that’d work. The chassis measures 8.09 mm thick and weighs 206g, and is available in Desert Gold and Astral Black finishes.
The iQOO Neo 10 is now available in Malaysia through the usual sales channels – buyers of the 12+256GB variant (RM1,999 online exclusive) will receive a 1-year extended warranty, 180-day screen crack protection, and Ugreen accessories, while the 16+512GB variant (RM2,199) includes additional items such as iQOO Buds 1i. Gifts are eligible upon purchases made by July 9, 2025, while stocks last.
