AnTuTu has unveiled its performance charts for October, showcasing the top flagship and upper-midrange smartphones. The latest rankings highlight fierce competition between Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets, with Qualcomm taking the lead.
Flagship Smartphones: OnePlus 13 Leads the Pack
The OnePlus 13 claimed the top spot with an average AnTuTu score of 2,926,644, closely followed by the iQOO 13 at 2,906,489. Both devices are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, a testament to Qualcomm’s dominance. Coming in third is the vivo X200 Pro, the first device equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chipset.
Next on the list are the OPPO Find X8 Pro and Find X8, both also featuring the Dimensity 9400, while the vivo X200 holds sixth place. The Xiaomi 15 ranks seventh, followed by the vivo X200 Pro mini, Xiaomi 15 Pro, and iQOO Neo9S Pro+. Interestingly, the iQOO Neo9S Pro+ is the only top ten device utilizing the older Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, achieving a respectable score of 2,097,853. This reflects the significant performance gains of the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite and Dimensity 9400.
Upper-Midrange Smartphones: OnePlus Wins Again
In the upper-midrange segment, the OnePlus Ace 3V secured first place, powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. The Realme GT Neo6 SE follows in second, also featuring the same chipset. The Redmi K70E, utilizing the Dimensity 8300-Ultra, claims third place. The Realme GT Neo5 SE and Redmi Note 12 Turbo, both running on the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, take the next two spots.
Further down the list, the iQOO Z8 and iQOO Neo7 SE feature the Dimensity 8200, while the original OnePlus Ace with Dimensity 8100-Max takes eighth place. The Redmi Note 12T Pro and OPPO K10 5G round out the top ten with the Dimensity 8200 and Dimensity 8100-Max, respectively. Overall, while Qualcomm dominates the top positions, MediaTek still rules a significant portion of the list.
New Addition: Android Tablet Rankings
For the first time, AnTuTu has also introduced a performance chart for Android tablets. The Red Magic Nova leads the way, followed by the OPPO Pad 3 Pro, both powered by an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The iQOO Pad2 Pro (Dimensity 9300+) and vivo Pad3 Pro (Dimensity 9300) take third and fourth places, respectively.
Other notable mentions include the OnePlus Pad Pro and Lenovo Legion Y700 (2025), both featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 comes next with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, followed by the vivo Pad3, iQOO Pad2, and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, all using the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.
Pokdepinion: As exciting as some of these figures may be, always remember that a benchmark doesn’t necessarily translate accurately into real world use. It would give some level of indication, but don’t expect the top smartphone to be better at everything compared to every other device.
