Samsung Aims to Sell 15 Million Foldable Phones in 2023: Dominance in the Foldable Market
Samsung has recently revealed its ambitious plans for the foldable phone market. TM Roh, the head of Samsung’s mobile division, disclosed that the company sold nearly 10 million foldable phones last year, with the Galaxy Z Flip4 accounting for 60% of the sales and the Z Fold4 making up the remaining 40%. In a recent interview, TM Roh expressed his anticipation that one out of every three Galaxy flagships sold in South Korea will be a Z foldable. On a global scale, he believes that “foldable sales will exceed 20% of all Galaxy flagships.”
