Acer Day Returns, New Special Edition Swift Go 14 Laptop Released

Tomorrow (Aug 3, 2023) kicks off the 7th running of Acer Day, which the company is set to host various promotions and activities for consumers to look forward to. As part of the event, Acer has released a special edition laptop: the Acer Swift Go 14 Special Edition.

This laptop comes with the same specs as its regular Swift Go 14 counterpart: up to Core i7-13700H, Iris Xe graphics, 14-inch 2.8K OLED display, 1.25kg weight and includes Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021 license. The only difference, seemingly, is the shade of paint – the Acer Day Special Edition comes with Sunshiny Gold finish (with some added graphics) which is not available for the standard model. The Core i7 variant is priced at RM4,599 whereas the Core i5 variant will cost RM3,899, and both models will be available within this month.

Aside from that, Acer Day also comes with promotions courtesy of Shopee Super Brand Day, with laptop giveaway through livestreams, official store discounts and vouchers. A carnival will be held in select Acer Concept stores over the duration of 4 weeks, with the on-site event offering prize wheelspins and flash sales for select products during the event.

Additionally, two laptops – Swift Go 14 Special Edition and Predator Helios Neo 16 – will get discounts until 30 September 2023, with the latter including a newly-released configuration featuring Core i7 -13700HX and RTX 4060, 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD (standard pricing RM5,699). More giveaways will be held during this period with various prizes.
