Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 Review

Samsung is reportedly working on a new foldable smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5, which is expected to come with a larger cover display than its predecessor, the Z Flip4. Display Supply Chain Consultants’ CEO, Ross Young, recently claimed that the external screen on the Galaxy Z Flip5 will be bigger than 3 inches. This claim was later corroborated by reliable tipster, Ice universe, who said that the Galaxy Z Flip5’s external display would be larger than the OPPO Find N2 Flip’s 3.26-inch screen.

While Young also claimed that the Galaxy Z Flip5 would have a new hinge design to reduce the visibility of the seam, it remains to be seen how effective this will be in reducing the feeling of the crease that is often present in foldable devices.

In the meantime, OPPO has recently launched its own foldable smartphone, the OPPO Find N2 Flip, which features a vertically folding design. The device is powered by the Dimensity 9000+ SoC, sports a 6.8-inch 120Hz FullHD+ folding display, and comes with a 4,300 mAh battery that supports 44W wired charging. The OPPO Find N2 Flip also features three cameras, including a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 32MP selfie camera. It also comes with a fingerprint reader embedded in the power button.
