The official Samsung Malaysia website has been updated recently to highlight some of the new changes and features that come with One UI 3.0, based on Android 11. If you look close enough, there is a small text which reads “One UI 3 will be available from Nov. 2020 or later.”

While there is a chance that the One UI 3.0 update may be released later, that is at least a clear indication that Samsung Malaysia is planning to release it in November 2020 if everything goes well.
