The folks at Xiaomi Malaysia has announced recently of their partnership with the National Art Gallery of Malaysia. In conjunction with it, they’ve launched their online photography contest with Good Things During Bad Times where you can win some interesting prizes.

So what’s the contest all about? Well the campaign looks to capture Malaysians’ positive moments in life amidst these unprecedented times. You can participate by submitting entries on your own Instagram profiles to showcase exactly that.

The contest is now up and running till the 31st of December 2020, where the entries will be judged by a panel of professional curators. The top 25 submissions will be announced on the 6th of January 2021 and will have their photographs exhibited on the National Art Gallery’s official website. To top it off, there’s the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro and Mi Portable Photo Printer up for grabs as the prize.

Here’s the steps that you need to follow to participate:

  1. Take an original photo that best reflects the meaning of the contest theme
  2. Post the photo on Instagram Feed with the hashtags #GoodThingsDuringBadTimes #Xiaomi #Mi10TSeries #BalaiSeniNegara #PowerYourCreativity and ensure that your profile is set to Public
  3. Make sure you turn on your Xiaomi watermark should you be using one
  4. Like and follow Xiaomi Malaysia’s official Instagram account
