HUAWEI is introducing the new HUAWEI TruSense System, which offers improved monitoring capabilities via an array of sensors and data points, in hopes to provide users with a deeper understanding of personal health.

According to the Chinese smartphone maker, the HUAWEI TruSense System is based on six design principles: accuracy, comprehensiveness, speed, flexibility, openness, and iteration. The result includes an all-new Super-Sensing module that can accurately detect key health indexes, and have been certified by industry authorities.
The system also tracks over 60 health and fitness indicators across six major bodily systems, including the ’emotional wellbeing’ component. This is done by analyzing heart rate and autonomic nervous system data to assess mental and stress levels.
HUAWEI says it has partnered with over 150 organizations in various research areas, such as remote healthcare and family health management. So how about the product itself? You can expect new TruSense-powered wearables starting this September, though you’ll have to wait until more details gets revealed down the line.
