Garena Delta Force has released Season Reorientation as the first chapter of the game’s second anniversary celebrations, introducing new content across its Extraction and Warfare modes. The update includes an updated Layali Grove map, a new Operator, a new Warfare map called The Mog, and a fishing mechanic, with anniversary rewards, including 3,900 time-limited Delta Tickets, available starting 26 September.
Season Reorientation Update: Highlights

The season introduces The Mog – a new Warfare map inspired by the setting of Black Hawk Down, featuring photorealistic environments designed to heighten the intensity of combat encounters. Season Reorientation also expands Layali Grove, adding four new zones and reworked waterways that open up additional routes for exploration. New water vehicles have been introduced to help players traverse the map, alongside new characters, quests and activities intended to add further depth to the region for both returning and new players.

Unusually, the game is also introducing a fishing activity for players wanting “a more relaxed way to spend time.” (Shooting guns can be tiring – even virtually.) Players can fish alone or with friends, with fishing rods that can be customized similarly to weapons. The “Play-as-a-boss” mode also returns with an updated version of Polaris Patrol, placing players in the role of Security Director Desmoulins. Garena said the revised encounter offers more balanced difficulty, requiring players to adapt their strategies and coordinate as a team to succeed.

Season Reorientation introduces a new Support Operator duo, Rover and Clover, consisting of a handler and a canine companion. The pairing is designed to create rescue opportunities for downed or incapacitated squad members. The canine unit can detect and track threats, while aerosol injectors are used to remove friendly debuffs and weaken enemies. The Operator also has access to irritant smoke, which can block enemy sightlines to buy time for revives or counterattacks.

Alongside the new content, Season Reorientation introduces a new Battle Pass, offering exclusive rewards available from launch through November. Highlighted rewards include a Netrunner-themed skin for the Operator Hackclaw, among many others which you’ll have to find out in-game.
