The folks at Ubisoft has recently unveiled Hyper Scape, a new free-to-play fast-paced battle royale first person shooter game made by Ubisoft Montreal.

Hyper Scape

Featuring up to 100 players, you’ll see yourself in the virtual city of Neo-Arccadia to engage in action-packed and fast-paced matches to be crowned champion.

Starting from today, Hyper Scape is available in a limited-time PC technical test. Unfortunately that’s available in across North America and Europe for now.

In the game, it introduces Hacks, abilities that players can loot in the world the same way they do weapons. Hacks offers offensive and defensive capabilities, so there’s flexibility to suit your playstyle.

These Hacks and weapons can be upgraded through the Fusion mechanic to produce more powerful versions of the pre-existing item.

Hyper Scape is developed in partnership with Twitch. As we mentioned earlier, it’s available on a limited-time closed technical test on PC till the 7th of July, where the three-player squad Crown Rush mode is available. There’s also a Dark Haze solo mode available later during the test.

All progress and items during the period will be carry over through future live phases and into the full-launch. For more details on the game, you can checkout their official website here.

Pokdepinion: Not kidding, this looks hella fun. Wouldn’t mind giving the game a go once it comes out.
