Property developer Setia Awan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several retail and lifestyle brands as part of plans to develop the new Avenue F Mall, the first neighborhood mall within the Bukit Ampang Permai township development at the eastern outskirts of Klang Valley.

The signing ceremony was held at the Fona Vista Sales Gallery and involved partners from the grocery, healthcare and food and beverage sectors, including B Grocer, Haji Basheer, CU Malaysia, Little Salty Café, Malaysia Chicken Rice and Alpro Pharmacy. Setia Awan said additional tenants are expected to join the development in the future as part of efforts to expand the retail and lifestyle offerings available within the township.
According to Setia Awan, the agreements are intended to support the commercial component of Avenue F, which is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2027. The company stated that the mall is planned as a “vibrant social hub” serving residents within Bukit Ampang Permai and the surrounding area.
The Bukit Ampang Permai development also includes Fona Vista, a low-density hillside condominium project located adjacent to the Hulu Langat Forest Reserve. The development sits approximately 145 meters above sea level and is positioned with access to Kuala Lumpur city center.
Separately, Setia Awan recently entered into an agreement with Billion Group for two projects in Melaka, with the partnership expected to extend to future developments in the Klang Valley, including Selayang, Shah Alam and Tanjung Malim.
