Durability, reliability and stability are usually not words that come together in the same sentence as affordability. But that’s what Cooler Master is set to change with the announcement of three members of the new MWE family, the MWE 400, MWE 450 and MWE 500.

The MWE series of PSUs are designed with cost effectiveness in mind, without sacrificing on safety and reliability. Cooler Master specifically designed this series to offer a safer and more robust option for builders with cost constraints. With a three-year warranty, the MWE series offers peace of mind.

The MWE series is engineered to be eco-friendly as well, with an active PFC design and forward topology, offering 80 Plus efficiency while maintaining PFC standards under all conditions. ROHS compliance ensures that the PSUs is manufactured with a minimal environmental footprint.

Higher operating temperatures may make other PSUs sweat, but not the MWE series of power supplies. Built with better capacitors and internal components, the MWE series of PSUs are capable of consistent performance at operating temperatures of up to 40°C. While these components are able to withstand higher temperatures, at normal operating temperatures of 25°C, the power supplies provide a higher threshold of safety, promising a longer lifecycle with consistent power output with the better components built into the MWE series by Cooler Master.

The Cooler Master MWE 400 is priced at RM169, the MWE 450 at RM189 and the MWE 500 is priced at RM209.

Pokdepinion: Power supplies are often the most overlooked component. Many PC builders skimp on to save costs when building their systems. With affordable yet high quality PSUs like these, they can save money while ensuring the stability of the power delivery to their pricey components.
