iflix 3.0 Introduced – There’s Free And Premium Content Waiting For You!

iflix has announced today of their upcoming launch of iflix 3.0, which the company seems like they are moving away from the more traditional subcription video on demand to a mass market platform for their consumers.

So what’s new with iflix 3.0 for those who have never used the platform? With the new update, it will introduce iflix FREE. You can guess from its namesake, iflix FREE is a free tier that comes with new features and content that also allows users to preview, explore and discover new content. Available in this category is Movie of the Day, where you get a new movie curated daily, premium short form content, similar to the ones we posted on our website before, as well as plenty more local content.

Besides the free content, it will also include premium regional and international TV series, which are iflix exclusives. Additionally, promotional episodes and pilots from premium current and marquee TV series and films across genres will be made available. This includes shows such as Dexter, Man vs Wild, Goblin, and many more.

iflix Originals will also be featuring. This presents the company’s premium and exclusive original local content such as Magic Hour, KL Gangster: Underworld, Exit 49, comedy such as Oi! Jaga Mulut and Jon Atherton: Disoriental, as well as Coconuts TV.
