It seems that the folks at JBL has introduced a new and interesting headphones that self charges through solar energy and it’s called the JBL REFLECT Eternal.

The REFLECT Eternal is a crowdfunded product where it utilizes Powerfoyle material from Exeger which saps in energy from the sun, as well as indoor light.

By being near any source of light, you will be charging the device. Should there be no light source, they claim that the headphones can last up to 68 hours with one full charge.

In addition to that, they’ve said that you can charge the REFLECT Eternal (standard charge) for 15 minutes and get up to two hours of playback time.

Other than that, the JBL REFLECT Eternal features hands-free calling, ambient audio, voice assistant, as well as IPX4 water resistance rating.

JBL has already managed to reach the funding goal for the headphones and they will be selling for $99 (~RM410) at Indiegogo before the crowdfunding campaign ends on the 14th of January 2020.

Pokdepinion: Now that’s definitely an attractive proposition. Wireless headphones that can last forever..well that’s assuming that it doesn’t break down.
