[UPDATED] Maxis Home Fiber outage affecting users nationwide

Maxis has issued an update that their services have been recovering since 12.38am today, as they work closely with their access provider to deliver proper internet service to their customers.

Maxis Home Fiber is currently suffering from an outage, with users reporting the issue since 6pm earlier. The issue reportedly only affects Maxis Home Fiber customers, while mobile connectivity remains unaffected.

Interestingly, Maxis’ Twitter reported the Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram outages but is silent about its own outage. We will be following this outage closely as it develops.
